Because every piece is made just for you, we aren’t able to offer returns or exchanges once your order is in production. If you’ve placed an order and need to make a change, let us know within 48 hours—we’ll do our best to help before your items set sail.

Received Something Damaged or Not Quite Right?
That’s not how we do things on the coast. If your order arrives damaged or defective, send us an email with your order number and a photo within 3 days of receiving it. We’ll make it right.
