ORDERING
When will my order ship?
Each piece is made just for you! Please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be processed and packed—this doesn’t include shipping time. If there’s anything that needs your attention, we’ll be in touch via the email provided on your order. Once your items are ready to go, you’ll get a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.
During busy times, it may take up to 15 business days to ship your order. We appreciate your patience and support—our small but mighty coastal crew is working hard to get it to you as soon as possible!
Can I cancel my order?
Because all orders are custom-made and begin production shortly after purchase, we aren’t able to cancel once submitted. If you need to make a change, reach out within 48 hours and we’ll do our best to catch it before it hits the press.
Please note: We work with third-party shipping services, so we can't guarantee specific delivery timelines once the package leaves our hands. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.

Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely. Whether you're in Tofino or Tokyo—we'll ship your Fundy Life gear wherever you are.
Do I need to pay customs on my order?
Any customs, duties, or taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the customer. These vary by country and we, unfortunately, can’t control or predict them.
How long will shipping take once my order is ready?
Once packed, shipping times vary depending on your region and the carrier. Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days within Canada and the U.S. You’ll receive tracking info via email when your order leaves our coast.
What does shipping protection cover?
If your order gets lost during transit, shipping protection ensures we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost. It does not cover packages delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect entry at checkout.
RETURNS
What is your return or exchange policy?
Because each item is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges. If you spot an error in your order, reach out within 48 hours of purchase and we’ll do our best to make it right before production begins.
I received my order and something’s wrong. What now?
That’s not the Fundy way—we’ll fix it. If your order arrived damaged or defective, please email us within 3 days of receiving it, along with your order number and a photo of the issue.
GENERAL QUESTIONS
What are your garments made of?
Each product description lists the exact materials used. Most of our garments are soft cotton or cotton blends you’ll want to live in.
How should I care for my gear?
We recommend washing inside-out in cold water. For best results, air dry to preserve both the fabric and the design. Hats should be hand-washed only. While our garments are pre-shrunk, repeated trips through the dryer can cause minor shrinking over time.
Where are your products from?
We source high-quality blanks from trusted suppliers in Canada and beyond, then decorate, pack, and ship everything from right here on Canadian soil. None of our products are sourced from the U.S. or China.
I forgot to apply a discount code. Can you help?
No worries—it happens! If your order qualified for the promo, contact us and we’ll retroactively apply the discount and issue you a refund for the difference.
My order was lost—what now?
If you opted into shipping protection, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost. If the wrong shipping address was entered at checkout, or a signature was missed on delivery, unfortunately, we’re unable to offer replacements in those cases.
Is Fundy Life a Canadian company?
Born on the coast, raised in the Maritimes—we’re proudly Canadian-owned, Canadian-run, and coastally inspired.
Where can I track my order?
You’ll get an email as soon as your order ships, including your tracking number and carrier. Please note: Tracking numbers may be created a day or two before your order is actually picked up by the carrier.
